Who we are

Franexis is a software-as-a-service platform operated by TetraCore ("TetraCore", "we", "us"), located at 2029 Woodbridge Blvd. Suite D-2, Bowling Green, OH 43402, USA. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the Franexis platform and this website.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, role, and organization details provided when an account is created for you by your organization's administrator.

Customer content: data your organization enters into the platform in the course of using it — such as leads, clients, contacts, jobs, photos, documents, and financial records. Your organization controls this content; we process it to provide the service.

Usage and log data: technical information generated by using the service, such as IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Communications: messages you send us, including support requests and demo inquiries.

How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Franexis platform; to authenticate users and enforce access controls; to send transactional notifications your organization configures (such as job-status email and SMS to end clients); to respond to inquiries and provide support; to meet legal obligations; and to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train marketing profiles or advertising systems.

Text messaging (SMS)

Where an organization enables client notifications, the platform sends transactional SMS messages (for example, appointment and job-status updates) to recipients that organization designates. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and opt-outs are honored automatically. Message and data rates may apply.

How information is shared

Within your organization, according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure. With service providers that help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and message delivery), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. With integrations your organization explicitly connects, such as QuickBooks Online. When required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected information.

Data retention

We retain customer content for as long as the organization's account is active or as needed to provide the service. Organizations may request export or deletion of their data; we honor such requests subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

The platform enforces tenant isolation with database row-level security, supports multi-factor authentication with tenant-level policy, stores files in private buckets accessible only by signed URLs, and records administrative actions in an audit log. See our Security page for a fuller description. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage responsible disclosure of any suspected vulnerability to our contact address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information about you. Because most personal information in the platform is controlled by the organization that entered it, we may direct requests to that organization or work with it to fulfill them. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact us using the details below.

Children

Franexis is a business platform and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date, and where appropriate we will notify account administrators.
