The completion checklist warns on gaps without blocking, and work-order notes keep the office in the loop.
Works on a bad signal
A last-known read cache keeps job details visible when coverage drops on site.
Same security model as the office
Technicians sign in with their own account (TOTP MFA supported when your policy requires it), and row-level security limits them to their assigned work — the app gets no special backdoor.
Status changes notify clients automatically
Because lifecycle notifications trigger in the database, a status tapped in the truck sends the same client email/SMS as one clicked at a desk.

iOS and Android, built on React Native/Expo against the same backend as the web app.
Does it work offline?
Job details stay readable via a last-known cache when coverage drops. Full offline write support is on the roadmap.
Can technicians see other technicians' jobs?
No — access is assignment-based and enforced by row-level security in the database.
