[Book a demo](/contact) [View pricing](/pricing) Capabilities ## What Technician Mobile App covers ### My Jobs, grouped by urgency Overdue, today, tomorrow, later — with tap-to-call the client and tap-to-navigate to the address. ### One-tap status journey En route → On site → Working → Done as a single sticky action, driving the same validated transitions as the web. ### Labor timers Start and stop the live timer or add manual time entries — identical rounding and service-line behavior as the office. ### Photos with EXIF Shoot job photos from the app with taken-at timestamps preserved, plus a full-screen viewer. ### Completion checklist & notes The completion checklist warns on gaps without blocking, and work-order notes keep the office in the loop. ### Works on a bad signal A last-known read cache keeps job details visible when coverage drops on site. ## Same security model as the office Technicians sign in with their own account (TOTP MFA supported when your policy requires it), and row-level security limits them to their assigned work — the app gets no special backdoor. ## Status changes notify clients automatically Because lifecycle notifications trigger in the database, a status tapped in the truck sends the same client email/SMS as one clicked at a desk.
